Transactions
All purchases made through the MMK IT Consulting LLC website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the terms specified on the relevant course page.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, update course information, limit purchases where reasonably necessary, and decline or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law. If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Additional terms in a purchase order or other customer communication will apply only where expressly agreed to in writing by MMK IT Consulting LLC.
Pricing Disclaimer
Course prices, availability, training schedules, and course inclusions are displayed on the relevant product pages and may change without prior notice.
The price confirmed for an accepted and paid order will generally remain applicable to that order, unless a correction is necessary because of a genuine pricing error or another circumstance permitted by applicable law.
Course offerings, certification requirements, examination arrangements, and provider fees may change. Where such changes affect an existing order, we will communicate with the customer and address the matter in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases of PECB certification training courses and related services made through MMK IT Consulting LLC.
All cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests must be submitted by email to info@infommkitconsulting.com. Please include your order number, course name, and the reason for your request.
A. Live Online Training — Customer Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule Live Online Training must notify us by email as early as possible.
- More than 15 days before training: Customers may request rescheduling to a future available training date, subject to availability and confirmation.
- 10–15 days before training: Rescheduling requests will be reviewed based on trainer availability and arrangements already made for the course.
- Fewer than 10 days before training: Rescheduling may be subject to a fee where the fee and applicable conditions were disclosed before purchase and are permitted by law.
- Within 3 days of training or non-attendance: Refunds or credits are not guaranteed. Requests will be assessed based on the circumstances, applicable course terms, and mandatory consumer rights.
Where permitted by applicable rules and practical arrangements, a substitute participant may be accepted before the relevant course materials or enrollment are assigned. Customers must contact us for approval before transferring an enrollment.
B. Live Online Training — Cancellation by MMK IT Consulting LLC
MMK IT Consulting LLC may need to reschedule or cancel a training session due to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel a confirmed training session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the customer may choose an appropriate refund or credit, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchase.
Customers should confirm the training schedule with us before making non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
C. Self-Study and eLearning Courses
Self-Study and eLearning courses may include access to official course materials, online learning resources, certification examinations, and other inclusions stated on the relevant product page.
Once enrollment has been processed and access to digital content or examination services has been provided, refund eligibility may be limited, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed before purchase.
If a customer cannot access purchased materials or experiences an enrollment issue, they should contact us promptly so that we can investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.
D. Examination Vouchers and Certification Services
Examination vouchers, examination bookings, and related certification services may be subject to PECB’s or another applicable certification provider’s terms.
Once a voucher has been issued or an examination service has been provided, cancellation or refund eligibility may be restricted by the provider’s rules. Customers should contact us if they need clarification regarding examination attempts, rescheduling, or certification-related services.
E. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s procedures.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, and country.
Any deduction for non-refundable third-party charges or actual processing costs will be applied only where disclosed in advance, permitted by applicable law, and applicable to the particular transaction.
F. Duplicate Payments and Technical Issues
If you are charged more than once for the same order, do not receive access to a purchased course, or experience another payment or enrollment problem, please contact us with your order details.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, correct the payment, restore access, or arrange a refund in accordance with applicable terms and law.
G. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection requirements apply, those requirements will prevail over any inconsistent provision of this policy.
