The ISO 37001:2025 Transition Training helps you understand the changes from ISO 37001:2016 to ISO 37001:2025. You will learn how to update an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to meet the new requirements.
Published in February 2025, ISO 37001:2025 keeps the same overall structure and core requirements as the 2016 edition. However, it includes important updates to improve anti-bribery management and support ethical business practices.
This course explains the main changes in the updated standard. You will learn about climate change considerations, conflicts of interest, and the roles and duties of the anti-bribery function. It also covers changes that help align ISO 37001 with other ISO management system standards.
The training helps you understand these updates and plan the changes needed in your existing ABMS. As a result, you can better prepare your organization for the transition to ISO 37001:2025.
After completing the training and passing the exam, you can apply for the PECB Certified ISO 37001:2025 Transition credential, subject to PECB certification requirements.
Day 1: Introduction to ISO 37001:2025 and its comparison to ISO 37001:2016
Day 2: Clause by clause comparison between ISO 37001:2025 and ISO 37001:2016 and certification exam
The “PECB Certified ISO 37001:2025 Transition” exam fully meets the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP) requirements. It covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Differences between main clauses of ISO 37001:2025 and ISO 37001:2016
Domain 2: Understanding, planning, and implementation of ISO 37001:2025 changess who have attended the training course.
Upon passing the exam, you can apply for the PECB Certified ISO 37001:2025 Transition credential.

- Certification and examination fees are included in the price of the training course.

- An attestation of course completion worth 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to the participants who have attended the training course.
- Candidates who have completed the training course but failed the exam are eligible to retake the exam once for free within a 12-month period from the initial date of the exam.
